The Trand Traverse Lighthouse is located in Leelanau State Park at the northern tip of the Leelanau Peninsula in Michigan. The present lighthouse was built in 1858 and marks the entrance to the Grand Traverse Bay from lake Michigan.
Grace has been shooting photographs for over 35 years. She currently lives and travels full time in a motorhome throughout the United States and Canada, looking for unique photo spots. Originally started as a fun hobby, Grace became serious about her photography when she moved to the St. Clair County, Michigan area in 2004 and joined the Blue Water Shutterbugs Camera Club. Over the years Grace served as historian, Vice President, and President for the club, and remains active on the photo review committee while on the road.
