Sand Beach is 290 yards long, sitting between mountains and rocky shores of Mount Desert Island in Acadia National Park, located in Bar Harbor, Maine. The beach is comprised of sand shell fragments created by the pounding surf.
Grace has been shooting photographs for over 35 years. She currently lives and travels full time in a motorhome throughout the United States and Canada, looking for unique photo spots. Originally started as a fun hobby, Grace became serious about her photography when she moved to the St. Clair County, Michigan area in 2004 and joined the Blue Water Shutterbugs Camera Club. Over the years Grace served as historian, Vice President, and President for the club, and remains active on the photo review committee while on the road.
